The Global and Local Scholarship on Annotated Manuscripts (GLOSSAM) project at the University of Galway is hiring a postdoctoral researcher to explore the application of Data Science methods, in particular Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning, to the analysis of historical texts, focusing mainly on the Latin language.

The position will be available from 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025. Deadline for applications is 23 May 2024.
